~The Emotional Solar Plexus~

If you have this energy center defined, you are an Emotional Authority.

Raise your hand if this is you 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️ You will experience cyclical waves of emotion that color your perception.
Familiar with the term rose-colored glasses?
That’s exactly how emotional authorities will perceive things, though on the low end of the wave it’s more like 💩 colored glasses. 🤣

Your emotions will be STRONG.
And they absolutely are meant to guide your decisions.
But the trick is to cultivate PATIENCE.
(This won’t be easy, but it will help you so much in the long run!) 🌟🌟You need to give yourself time to move through the ups and downs of your wave before making a decision.🌟🌟
You are not designed to be spontaneous. ➡️Emotional Authorities need TIME.⬅️ This could mean 24 hours, or it could mean several days.
🌟The bigger the decision, the more time you need to give yourself.🌟
You’re aiming to tap into what feels like the right decision over time.
And it won’t always make sense!💁🏼‍♀️
Your logical brain will have a field day with this process, but I urge you to trust it.
Even when it doesn’t make sense at all.

So how do you know if you’re really ready to decide?
100% clarity is not likely for emotional beings (and that’s ok). But there are some telltale signs you can look for:
✅If you are feeling any sense of urgency, then you need more time! (This even applies to urgency created by excitement..sleep on it!)
✅If you are overly nervous about whether or not it’s the right decision, then you need more time. 🔥Correct decisions for the Emotional Authority come from a place of INNER CALM.🔥
No anxiety, no pressure or urgency.
Just a clear feeling that this is the right move.
You don’t need to be able to explain why 😉. Does this help?

🌟Resistance and Misalignment are NOT the same thing🌟.

Yet so many of us have been waiting on clarity & “alignment” to make a move 😬.

So let’s look a little deeper at resistance vs. misalignment ⬇️.
.
🌟RESISTANCE is your ego’s way of keeping you safe.
➡️It can feel like anxiety, fear, a knot in your stomach, etc.
➡️It sounds like “what if..”, or “that won’t work because..” etc.
➡️It looks like procrastination, spinning your wheels, and little to no progress.
.
🌟MISALIGNMENT is movement forward, even if it’s not the “right” movement.
➡️It can feel like something is off, or an intuitive feeling that something’s missing. ➡️It can sound like “yeah, but..”, “I don’t know what else..”, or “well I have to do something”.
➡️It looks like messy action, missing the mark, and a constant search for more.
.
When we’re experiencing Resistance, weeks (and even months) go by with no significant change (or action) 😭.
.
So If this is true for you, no judgment 💜!!
Wherever you’re at is ok, and you always have the chance to choose again.
.
🔥The most important thing is that you can take an honest look at where you’re at, and make an empowered decision from there. ❌You weren’t made for inaction❌.
.
And you deserve SO much more than waiting and unmet potential 🙌🏻.
.

For a long time, showing up online every day felt like a legit burden!
It was exhausting, and to be honest I resented “having” to do it 🤬.

But now I actually ENJOY showing up & engaging 🙌🏻. It’s a priority because it’s important to ME.
.
Over time I’ve identified a few reasons for WHY we feel this way:
.
1️⃣It’s something we’ve been TOLD we HAVE to do.
.
Any time we try to fit ourselves into someone else’s mold, our Soul starts to scream at us in protest!!
.
And it goes way beyond simply showing up- it shows up in every area of our business.
.
And yes, this will feel exhausting!
.
📣Solution: Get clear on what & how YOU, as an individual, want to do things.
.
When your strategy is unique to you & your innate gifts, it becomes a lot easier (and fun!) to implement consistently.
(Not to mention, your results will be so much better too!).
.
🌟The best way to do this is by leveraging your Human Design & Gene Keys, which is exactly what I help my clients with 😉.
.
2️⃣We see it as another item on our to-do list.
.
📣Solution: choose to see the bigger picture here.
.
The online space is truly a gift, because it provides massive OPPORTUNITY to touch the lives of other people across the 🌎.
.
This isn’t something we HAVE to do, it’s something we GET to do 🙌🏻.
.
🔥There is no limit to the impact we can make, and how far our Soul’s message can reach 🔥.
Be grateful for this incredible gift & use it well!

3️⃣We’re missing the point when it comes to engagement 🤦‍♀️.
.
📣Solution: Building on the last point, we must also look deeper at engaging with others.
.
This isn’t about simply boosting visibility or leveraging the algorithm.
.
🔥THIS IS ABOUT CONNECTING DEEPLY WITH OTHER PEOPLE🔥.
And that means leaving the surface level comments behind 👏🏻.
➡️Interact with intention! Without actual PEOPLE, your business will not survive.
.
🔥And the whole point of your business- your mission- it to HELP PEOPLE🔥.
.
So make the most of your engagement time and do exactly that!. .
🌟Serving your purpose can be fulfilling & natural!🌟

HOW TO GET OUT OF THE “PLANNING” STAGE, AND GET INTO ACTION:

This may come off a little saucy, but please hear me out 💁🏼‍♀️. You know that thing you’ve been thinking about, even “planning?”
Yeah…you know the one.
Maybe it’s the new offer swirling around in your head.
Or maybe it’s a complete pivot into a whole new territory 🤭. Whatever it is, it’s in the back of your mind.
And you’re “gonna do it”. Right?
❌But you’re not ready yet.
Because you don’t feel confident enough in yourself, and what you bring to the table. “I’m so new at this” you say.
Or “Sarah is SO successful at this already. I can’t compete with that!”
🔁I just need to practice a little more, or finish this course, or finish the outline of xyz…

And trust me girl, I get you.
Because I was you 🙋‍♀️.
So trust me when I say, that the time is NOW.
➡️You’ll never “feel ready”.
And you have to start somewhere.
So every day you wait just puts more time & distance between you and that dream you have.

But you don’t have to do it alone.
🌟Accountability is the bees knees when it comes to things like this.
Tell people what you’re about to do, like make it public 😉.
Or enlist the support of someone who you know will hold you accountable AND push you out of your comfort zone 🔥.
This could be a soul sister, or a mentor.
You have options. 👏🏻But take that first step👏🏻. Seriously, girl.
People are waiting on you to step up so you can help them🙏.
You’ll be ready when you DECIDE.
Perfection is never necessary.

I’M CALLING BULLSH*T ON THE INDUSTRY “STANDARD” OF SUCCESS 😱.
.
➡️So if you haven’t hit those coveted 10k months yet, or heck even 5k, then this is for YOU:

You’re out there working your booty off.
You’re writing content, sharing your story, showing up even when you don’t feel like it.. 💁🏼‍♀️
And yet, that financial freedom you crave is nowhere in sight...
You won’t give up, but damn, is it discouraging some days! .

All you want to do is help people!

Well girl, I’d like to ask you to slow your roll. 🛑

They would be too embarrassed and self-conscious to share that.

And that’s the PROBLEM.💩 .
Every 👏🏻 Single 👏🏻 Step 👏🏻 Forward 👏🏻 Is 👏🏻 A 👏🏻 Success 👏🏻

So many of you are out there trying to run before you ever learn to walk.
🌟(Confession: this WAS me! I fell for it too) 🤦‍♀️
But MOST businesses (at least sustainable ones) take TIME to grow.
And there is *nothing* wrong with whatever your timeline looks like 🔥.
.
➡️Your FIRST client, your first dollar, is JUST as worthy of celebration as a 10k month!⬅️
.
And honestly, if you weren’t seeing these kinds of posts 100x a day, would that even be the ACTUAL goal you set for yourself?
.
❌When I got honest with myself, the answer was NO❌.
➡️So I took the pressure off.
I celebrated (and still do!) every single tiny step forward. 🙌🏻
And I stopped basing my success on the standards of other people.

I have BIG goals, always.
Of course I do.
❌But I don’t rush them & judge myself along the way. ❌
I enjoy the process, and the journey, knowing I’m on the right track.

Well let’s simplify the process so you can get out of your head & put your skills to work! 🙌🏻

✅Decide the type of person that you *want* to work with.
-It may help to think of a person in real life that you’d be super excited to help, and write down *why* you’d enjoy working with that person.
-Create your description of this ideal person.
.
✅Spend time getting to know more people who fit this criteria.
-From a place of honest curiosity, ask them questions to find out what they’re struggling with, what they want, etc.
-Most people appreciate the undivided attention & space to talk about their life. 💗

Enjoy this time with them!
.
✅Find the need. Solve the problem.
-Look for a common theme to find out exactly what’s needed, and create the perfect solution.
-Offer this solution with a true to intent to help & serve!
.
That’s it, sister. 🤯
.
People want solutions to their problems, and they need real human connection.
You can give them both! 🔥

Yes, there are a lot of brilliant women out there killing it.💪🏻
Some of them even do things similar to you. 💁🏼‍♀️
BUT THAT’S IT.

The “what” might be *similar*, but it’s NOT the *same*.
And what’s more, is they aren’t YOU.
They’re brilliant at what they do because they do it their way.

❌You don’t need to compare yourself to them!❌ .
🔥YOU HAVE YOUR OWN GENIUS🔥.
It is literally in your DNA!
It’s not a fairytale, and no one is more special than anyone else.
Yet, ONLY YOU can do what you came here to do.
Only YOU can be who you came here to be.
And there are people who need exactly what you have to give.👏🏻

So let yourself be inspired by the women who are doing well.
Let it be a reminder that success & fulfillment is available to YOU TOO when you tap into your own genius!🙌🏻
