The most under-rated skincare product for youthful

The most under-rated skincare product for youthful skin: SPF.

If you don't incur the damage in younger years, you will have a lot less to treat (and spend $$$ on) as you get older.
It is waaay easier to prevent damage than it is to correct it.

🌞Wear SPF indoors.
🌞Reapply on top of makeup through the day (there are great product options for this).
🌞Layer! If you're relying on your primer or makeup alone to provide sun protection, please consider the amount of product that must be applied to your skin to actually get the protection stated on the bottle. Most people do not apply enough to fully protect them. I highly recommend using an SPF under your makeup as well.

ROSACEA- Rosacea is commonly known for the persis

ROSACEA-

Rosacea is commonly known for the persistently flushed complexion, and is often accompanied by acne-like bumps on the skin.
➡️It stings, burns, itches, and causes many people to feel self-conscious.

Unfortunately, rosacea is a vascular disease that is not well understood.
There is no cure, and treatment varies from prescription medication to lifestyle changes.

What we DO know is that a flare-up can be triggered by:
💥Sun exposure
💥Hot showers
💥Stress
💥Alcohol
💥Caffeine
💥Extreme temperatures and cold wind
💥Rise in body temperature
💥Spicy foods
💥Topical irritants such as fragrance, alcohol, etc.

➡️Remember that rosacea is an inflammatory condition.
Studies have also shown a link between rosacea and gut health.

With this in mind, here are a few treatments and lifestyle changes to consider:
🍀LED light therapy (red or amber)
🍀Low glycemic diet
🍀Attention to gut health and use of probiotics
🍀Diet rich in antioxidants and focused on anti-inflammatory
🍀Prioritizing stress management
🍀Limit exposure to triggers listed above
🍀Skin care with anti-inflammatory & antioxidant ingredients such as green tea, licorice, azelaic acid, aloe vera, etc.
🍀Keep skin properly hydrated, moisturized, and protected with broad-spectrum SPF.

Let’s talk about PORES!

Did you know that your pores are actually hair follicles? It’s true!
And each follicle, or pore, has it’s own sebaceous gland that produces oil.
➡️Hence, oily skin types tend to have larger pores.

But what can you DO about it?!
Your pore size is genetically determined.
It’s not something that you can change, regardless of what marketing campaigns want you to believe. 💁🏼‍♀️
However, your pores actually will stretch and enlarge over time.
💋Though you can’t actually shrink your pores, you can do things to make them APPEAR smaller.💋
What it really comes down to is this: understanding how to prevent stretching, and a focus on keeping them clean.

What stretches them:
💥Oil & debris buildup
💥Dead skin buildup
💥Sun damage
💥Picking & squeezing them (this causes tissue damage)
💥Aging & collagen breakdown
💥Unhealthy habits such as smoking, poor diet, and dehydration.

What can make them appear smaller:
✅Proper cleansing
✅Regular exfoliation to keep them clean
✅Resurfacing treatments such as peels or microdermabrasion
✅Extractions (done properly by a professional)
✅Ingredients such as niacinamide, azelaic acid, and salicylic acid
✅Clay or charcoal masks
✅Skin that is plump and properly hydrated, so things such as hydrating serums, collagen induction, facial massage to stimulate muscle tone, etc. will help.

How to prevent further stretching & damage:
🌟Wear SPF every day, even indoors
🌟Keep them clean & properly exfoliated
🌟Choose products with antioxidants to prevent free radical damage
🌟Resist the urge to squeeze or pick blemishes and blackheads.

~The Emotional Solar Plexus~

If you have this energy center defined, you are an Emotional Authority.

Raise your hand if this is you 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️ You will experience cyclical waves of emotion that color your perception.
Familiar with the term rose-colored glasses?
That’s exactly how emotional authorities will perceive things, though on the low end of the wave it’s more like 💩 colored glasses. 🤣

Your emotions will be STRONG.
And they absolutely are meant to guide your decisions.
But the trick is to cultivate PATIENCE.
(This won’t be easy, but it will help you so much in the long run!) 🌟🌟You need to give yourself time to move through the ups and downs of your wave before making a decision.🌟🌟
You are not designed to be spontaneous. ➡️Emotional Authorities need TIME.⬅️ This could mean 24 hours, or it could mean several days.
🌟The bigger the decision, the more time you need to give yourself.🌟
You’re aiming to tap into what feels like the right decision over time.
And it won’t always make sense!💁🏼‍♀️
Your logical brain will have a field day with this process, but I urge you to trust it.
Even when it doesn’t make sense at all.

So how do you know if you’re really ready to decide?
100% clarity is not likely for emotional beings (and that’s ok). But there are some telltale signs you can look for:
✅If you are feeling any sense of urgency, then you need more time! (This even applies to urgency created by excitement..sleep on it!)
✅If you are overly nervous about whether or not it’s the right decision, then you need more time. 🔥Correct decisions for the Emotional Authority come from a place of INNER CALM.🔥
No anxiety, no pressure or urgency.
Just a clear feeling that this is the right move.
You don’t need to be able to explain why 😉. Does this help?

🌟Resistance and Misalignment are NOT the same thing🌟.

Yet so many of us have been waiting on clarity & “alignment” to make a move 😬.

So let’s look a little deeper at resistance vs. misalignment ⬇️.
.
🌟RESISTANCE is your ego’s way of keeping you safe.
➡️It can feel like anxiety, fear, a knot in your stomach, etc.
➡️It sounds like “what if..”, or “that won’t work because..” etc.
➡️It looks like procrastination, spinning your wheels, and little to no progress.
.
🌟MISALIGNMENT is movement forward, even if it’s not the “right” movement.
➡️It can feel like something is off, or an intuitive feeling that something’s missing. ➡️It can sound like “yeah, but..”, “I don’t know what else..”, or “well I have to do something”.
➡️It looks like messy action, missing the mark, and a constant search for more.
.
When we’re experiencing Resistance, weeks (and even months) go by with no significant change (or action) 😭.
.
So If this is true for you, no judgment 💜!!
Wherever you’re at is ok, and you always have the chance to choose again.
.
🔥The most important thing is that you can take an honest look at where you’re at, and make an empowered decision from there. ❌You weren’t made for inaction❌.
.
And you deserve SO much more than waiting and unmet potential 🙌🏻.

📣Solution: Get clear on what & how YOU, as an individual, want to do things.

When your strategy is unique to you & your innate gifts, it becomes a lot easier (and fun!) to implement consistently.
(Not to mention, your results will be so much better too!).

🌟The best way to do this is by leveraging your Human Design & Gene Keys, which is exactly what I help my clients with 😉.

2️⃣We see it as another item on our to-do list.
.
📣Solution: choose to see the bigger picture here.

The online space is truly a gift, because it provides massive OPPORTUNITY to touch the lives of other people across the 🌎.
.
This isn’t something we HAVE to do, it’s something we GET to do 🙌🏻.
.
🔥There is no limit to the impact we can make, and how far our Soul’s message can reach 🔥.
Be grateful for this incredible gift & use it well!

3️⃣We’re missing the point when it comes to engagement 🤦‍♀️.

📣Solution: Building on the last point, we must also look deeper at engaging with others.
.
This isn’t about simply boosting visibility or leveraging the algorithm.
.
🔥THIS IS ABOUT CONNECTING DEEPLY WITH OTHER PEOPLE🔥.
And that means leaving the surface level comments behind 👏🏻.
➡️Interact with intention! Without actual PEOPLE, your business will not survive.
.
🔥And the whole point of your business- your mission- it to HELP PEOPLE🔥.
.
So make the most of your engagement time and do exactly that!. .
🌟Serving your purpose can be fulfilling & natural!🌟

HOW TO GET OUT OF THE “PLANNING” STAGE, AND GET INTO ACTION:

This may come off a little saucy, but please hear me out 💁🏼‍♀️. You know that thing you’ve been thinking about, even “planning?”
Yeah…you know the one.
Maybe it’s the new offer swirling around in your head.
Or maybe it’s a complete pivot into a whole new territory 🤭. Whatever it is, it’s in the back of your mind.
And you’re “gonna do it”. Right?
❌But you’re not ready yet.
Because you don’t feel confident enough in yourself, and what you bring to the table. “I’m so new at this” you say.
Or “Sarah is SO successful at this already. I can’t compete with that!”
🔁I just need to practice a little more, or finish this course, or finish the outline of xyz…

And trust me girl, I get you.
Because I was you 🙋‍♀️.
So trust me when I say, that the time is NOW.
➡️You’ll never “feel ready”.
And you have to start somewhere.
So every day you wait just puts more time & distance between you and that dream you have.

But you don’t have to do it alone.
🌟Accountability is the bees knees when it comes to things like this.
Tell people what you’re about to do, like make it public 😉.
Or enlist the support of someone who you know will hold you accountable AND push you out of your comfort zone 🔥.
This could be a soul sister, or a mentor.
You have options. 👏🏻But take that first step👏🏻. Seriously, girl.
People are waiting on you to step up so you can help them🙏.
You’ll be ready when you DECIDE.
Perfection is never necessary.
